SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 

2) Shipping Time does not include a 4-6 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

 

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

 

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 14 days after your order was placed.

Return Policy

1. You have 14 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased for a return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact Athena Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

 

2. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories.

 

3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

 

4. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
